About the Doctor
Dr. Don Conant has been studying human wellness for more than 25 years. He was raised in the Midwest and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic - Chesterfield, Missouri.
In addition to being with family and friends, Dr. Don’s favorite activities are exercising, sailing, soccer and playing chess. Dr. Don enjoyed living on his sailboat “Kraken” for three years in the Caribbean, where he also worked with chiropractic patients in the Tropics. He is thrilled to be back in the U.S. to provide custom, on-site care for employees and their families.
Dr. Don has lectured at venues worldwide including corporate and professional conferences regarding wellness and prevention lifestyle, and on-site corporate healthcare. He has committed his career to researching the best strategies for decreasing stress, enjoying more energy, improving movement, and living a better quality of life. He has touched the lives of thousands of patients focusing on gentle, scientific, and highly effective chiropractic care for lifetime family wellness.
new patient first visit
Step 1
Please fill out the New Patient Forms and bring them with you to your first appointment. Message us below to schedule your first appointment. It is important that we know about your health history and concerns, health goals, etc. so we can determine the best course of care for you.
This first visit is scheduled for 15 minutes (more if needed) to see if our approach to chiropractic care is a good fit for you. We want to make sure all of your questions are answered and that you feel comfortable along the way. (And regular weekly adjustments take only a few minutes).
Step 2
After reviewing your health concerns, we will examine your spine and nerve system for any areas of subluxation (spinal misalignment).
We may have you turn and bend to feel how your spinal joints move. We may also check your posture, alignment, balance and leg lengths. A chiropractic exam of your spine will tell us where there is abnormal stress in your body that can be causing dysfunction and disease.
Step 3
Before anything is done, we will review the examination findings and explain any areas of concern.
If we feel comfortable moving forward, you may receive your first gentle and specific chiropractic adjustment at that time. Based on your current level of health, your spinal condition and health goals, the doctor will then recommend a specific frequency of adjustments. Or if we feel you need to do something else first or if it is not a good fit, we will tell you that too.
Step 4
Our fees are a reflection of our philosophy and commitment to long-term health and wellness rather than short-term crisis care. Many of our patients pay for care a year at a time, or we also have convenient monthly payment options available. You can even use your flexible spending HSA or FSA to pay for your care.
